Crystal Jade is one of those typical Hong Kong style eateries. Cheap, delicious and fast – one can expect to be in and out within 30 minutes. Get there at lunch hour and you’ll be greeted by a long queue of ex-pats, but before you can say ‘chilli wonton soup’ you’ll already find yourself at a table with hot tea in tall glass tumblers and a waiting waitress.
